Swap 'Em if You Got 'Em!

The next time your mother's club meets, have everyone bring a book or movie to share, as in trade (like a bookswap, only pick anything that you would like to share...DVDs, a recipe, a book, a relaxing CD). It doesn't have to be something for the kids (although you can decide ahead of time if that is what you would like to do). Make this one about mom, and share your favorite romance novel, or a movie you really enjoyed. Keep track of who's item you are borrowing, and who has borrowed yours on your cell phone, PDA, or just a notebook (it's easy to forget who borrows what, especially when you are busy).

An easy way to get it started would be to have everyone sit in a circle, and swap to your left (or right!). Once you have swapped, write down who you have swapped with and what. The next time you meet, everyone could bring the borrowed items back, and a new item to share.
