Evolution Events Online Incorporated (“Company”) is the owner of the Site, which is located at http://www.maggiesclubs.com. Company takes the privacy and security of the members of and other visitors to Company’s website (the “Site”) seriously. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain to you how Company collect, protect, use and share personal information that you may provide or that Company otherwise collects upon and after your use of the Site. By your use of the Site, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy is incorporated into Company’s Terms of Use, which can be viewed at http://www.MaggiesClubs.com/Termsofuse. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should cease using the Site and its services and terminate your membership (if any) in the Site.

Information We Collect

Member Provided Information. You also will be required to provide a user name and password in order to access certain features of the Site as a member. Use of the Site and Interactive Content. Further, Company may collect information regarding activity on your, account, files and information that are accessed by your account, and other usage and browsing information. This information helps Company measure the visitor's interest in the Site.

Cookies.The Site uses "cookies" which are small data files on your computer. These data files identify you as visitor to the Site on a prior occasion and enables Company to personalize the Site. Web Beacons. Company uses what are known as "web beacons" (also known as pixel tags, clear GIFs and Web bugs) which permit Company to count the number of visitors to a web page and general access information (time and date on which the visitor viewed the webpage). The Site may provides links to websites and content of third parties including Web sites, servers, networks, information, applications, software or other services and products. Company does not have control over third-party websites and is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party sites. The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 18, and Company does not intend or encourage visitors or members who are under such age to use or become members of the Site.
